Molnupiravir (Lagevrio) | Drug | 400 | mg | 2026-07-13 | 2026-07-24 | Undiscernable/No Effect | Dr. Chia's extended enterovirus protocol: 2 capsules (200 mg each = 400 mg) twice daily for 10 days = 40 capsules total. Non-standard vs. the FDA COVID course (800 mg BID x 5 days) - Chia's longer/lower-dose approach. Discard-by 2026-07-25. No significant CYP interaction with duloxetine. Label safety note: molnupiravir mutagenicity - males advised to use a condom during treatment and for >=3 months after the last dose; confirm with Chia/pharmacist. STARTED 2026-07-13 - Rob took the first dose 7/13 but MISSED the second dose that day; settled into consistent twice-daily dosing from 7/14 on (corrected 2026-07-16, was logged as a 7/14 start). Tolerability (noted 2026-07-16): Rob suspects bloating + transient cognitive fog on steady BID dosing; not worried given the short course - hold the cognition note loosely (ME/CFS brain-fog confound). COMPLETED the night of 2026-07-24 (the night Rob flew into NY; ~a day past the 7/23 estimate, consistent with the 7/13 partial-start + missed dose). EFFECT: Undiscernable - Rob's own read is inconclusive ('I don't know if it helped'); still dizzy with ongoing autonomic issues (dizzy moving around to eat/watch TV, around taking pills), no discernible change (2026-07-25 recap). Next: revisit sequencing/repeat strategy (Chia's intended luteolin-first approach) with Dr. Chia at the next appointment. | Pill | Oral
Vitamin D3 | Supplement | 50000 | IUs | 2026-07-05 | 50,000 IU/week loading dose, 6-8 weeks (repeats Eskander's 2019 protocol) for chronic deficiency (16 ng/mL on 2026-06-12); then 5,000 IU/day maintenance. Weekly bolus (long half-life). Lanolin-derived. Supersedes the 2000 IU/day row. See Vitamin D note. | Pill | Oral
Vitamin K2 (MK-4) | Supplement | 500 | mcg | 2026-07-05 | Taken DAILY (not weekly) alongside the D3 loading to steer D-mobilized calcium to bone, not arteries - MK-4 half-life is only ~1-2 h, so it needs daily dosing for steady coverage. Instant-dissolve tablet (can go buccal or be chewed/swallowed); moving to swallowed-with-a-fatty-meal. First-dose (2026-07-05) acute jitter/anxiety reaction under investigation - buccal route/excipient vs. the molecule (see Vitamin D / Symptoms notes for the isolation test). | Tablet | Oral
Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate | Supplement | 8.5 | mg | 2026-06-11 | Active vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate). ~8.5 mg usable B6/dose = 1/4 of a tablet labeled 34 mg usable B6 (50 mg P5P-salt). Conservative 5-10 mg/day target per Methylation Protocol; low-dose only due to B6 peripheral-neuropathy risk given foot pain. Self-directed, physician oversight pending. | Tablet | Oral
